1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription start date. This applies to all our pricing plans: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund request.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 2-3 business days. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals beyond the initial 30-day period
  • Custom development or integration services (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
  • Third-party add-ons or services purchased through our platform
  • Data export or migration services already completed

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No further charges will be applied to your account
  • Your data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

5. Jurisdiction-Specific Terms

For UK Customers

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. This cooling-off period is in addition to our standard 30-day refund policy.

If you exercise your right to cancel during the cooling-off period, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of notifying us.

For Indian Customers

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, Indian customers are entitled to fair treatment and transparent refund processes.

Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved in accordance with Indian law, and customers may escalate unresolved issues to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC).
